Data we process
Account details (name, email, authentication identifiers) and the business records you enter into JiriBooks: customers, vendors, invoices, bills, expenses, bank activity and the resulting accounting entries.
Legal
JiriBooks is pre-launch. This policy describes how the platform handles account and financial data today and will be expanded before commercial release.
Account details (name, email, authentication identifiers) and the business records you enter into JiriBooks: customers, vendors, invoices, bills, expenses, bank activity and the resulting accounting entries.
To operate your books, authenticate you, enforce role-based access, produce financial reports and provide support. We do not sell personal or financial data.
Each business's records are isolated at the database layer. Access requires an active membership in that business, and every sensitive action is checked server-side.
When you ask Jiri AI a question, relevant financial context from your own business is used to answer it. AI never posts to finalized records on its own, and sensitive actions stay permission-controlled and auditable.
Accounting records are retained while your account is active, because financial history must remain reproducible. You may request export or deletion of a business, subject to legal retention obligations.
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal data. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
This policy will be updated as JiriBooks approaches commercial launch and enters new markets. Material changes will be communicated to account owners.
